The work travel picks up for me this week, so I will leave B to fend for himself more than most weeks (nothing that he can't handle). Attempting to use up some things we have had in the pantry or freezer for a while. Also trying to incorporate at least one vegetarian dish per week - both health and cost savings in mind. How "green" of us!

Wednesday: Stuffed Chicken, quinoa & zuchinni
Thursday: Fish Tacos & Black Beans
Friday: Date night! Pre-valentines date! :)
