Menu Plan Monday

This week's effort is to clean out my freezer and refridgerated condiments and spend as little as possible on my groceries, using what I already have in the fridge/pantry. I like a little challenge to spice things up!

Monday: slow cooked pulled chicken (cooked in some salsa/enchilada sauce) with caramelized onions. served with stuffed zuchini (frozen corn and canned black beans)

Tuesday: shrimp and spinach whole wheat pasta with lemon white wine sauce (frozen shirmp and spinach)

Wednesday: goodbye to steve and brett - BBQ shredded chicken in the crock pot!

Thursday: Asain Stir Fry (use the Trader Joe's frozen edemame medley) with ginger root (in fridge) over brown rice with chicken

Friday: Jet setting again!
