B and I feel like we need a detox after all of our holiday eating.....Here are our (somewhat) healthy options to get us back on track for the week: 
Monday: Grilled Chicken with White Bean/Tomato Basil Salad and Sauted Spinach
Tuesday:  Date Night!  Paella!
Wednesday:  Curry Shrimp and Snow Peas over brown rice 
Thursday:  Pork Tenderloin with Honey Lemon Glazed Carrots and Salad
Friday:  Chicken Fajitas with Sweet Potato and Poblano Peppers
I'm hoping to post our favorite recipe of the week after they are 'taste tested'.  Stay tuned!
